These are fun! I'm doing stop motion with my 3rd and 4th graders right now too! How many cameras did you have for them to use?
I had about ten cameras and they worked in groups of 2-3 people. One was in charge of cameras and the others were in charge of moving the blocks.
I love this! I don't know anything about stop motion, other then the basic principle. What program did you use to stitch all the photos to make a video?
I used iMovie after uploading photos into iPhoto. Each photo is played at .2 seconds to create the animation of the blocks
Lucky you! I only have 2 cameras, and I've got the kids moving robot sculptures around. I'm using the Windows Live Movie Maker that came on my laptop.
